Dave and Eggsy were our senior members and good friends, both on and off the course. With almost magical timing Bry managed to take a photo of Dave taking a shot from behind, in the photo you can see Dave holding hos position on the follow through whilst in the distance can be seen the distinct splash of a golf ball in the pond in front. Shaaaart!! This was also the season were the number of events expanded to 9, Heyrose, Houghwood, Styal and Blundells Hill being played for the first time.
